About Us
Meet the owner, Bryna

Bryna Budiman is the Creative Director of Tatt Tale. Tatt Tale was functionally operating from 2021-2024. Bryna obtained her Master of Laws from University of Sydney in December 2019, and worked on a mental health app called 7 Days of Grateful through to 2021.
Hi, I’m Bryna Budiman—a storyteller, educator, and designer with a heart for the emotional and spiritual formation of children and youth.
My work lives at the intersection of art, theology, and healing. I create experiences—through books, workshops, and programs—that help young people name their emotions, discover their voice, and know they are never alone. Whether through a picture book or a play-based curriculum, my goal is to make spaces where hearts can rest, grow, and flourish.
Much of what I do is shaped by my own journey through suffering and grace. I’ve studied at Westminster Theological Seminary and trained in biblical counseling through CCEF, where I learned not just about theory—but about a God who meets us in weakness, holds us in sorrow, and never lets us go. That truth continues to anchor my life and the creative work I offer.
If you’re here, maybe you care about the same things—beauty, empathy, belonging, and the inner world of children. Welcome. I’d love to journey with you.

Throughout Struggles
Tatt Tale serves as a platform for kids and youth to grow and heal through social and emotional learning within art and storytelling.
Meet our team
